(1) Roller surface with special hardening process and surface layer with chrome plating process that enforce the harden to keep rust away and reduce the situation that dough adhere to the rollers; rollers can be cleaned easily after production.
(2) This machine consists of 6 sets~7 sets of rollers, the thinner dough sheets are formed after thicker dough sheets are pressed & rolled by each set of rollers , then the even thickness of noodle sheets can be got to have a better mouth feel.
(3) It is automatically controlled by a sensor to ensure the feeding is stable.
(4) Each set of rollers is independent power for easy operation and maintenance.
