(1) Both seasoning appliance and dip are adopted (only seasoning appliance is used, dip is used only or both seasoning appliance & dip can be used together). Customers can choose different products or different formulas as well as select the methods as needed at random to produce various snack noodles with different formulas.

(2) The extra seasoning soup can be removed because of a special air knife outlet design so that the water content can be reduced before the noodle sheets are fried at high temperatures in the fryer to decrease the speed of deterioration of oil quality.
